1. Rosters
1.1 Each owner will have 2 distinct rosters, a Major League (MLB) roster, and a Minior League (MiLB) roster.
1.2 The rosters will be populated via 2 distinct offline drafts that will be executed in parallel for the sake of time.
1.2.1 Should it appear that the MLB draft will not complete in time for the beginning of the MLB season, a decision will be made to complete the remainder of the draft in online mode to ensure the rosters are finalized.
1.3 The MLB draft order, the MiLB draft order, and the initial waiver priority will all be distinctly randomized using an online random sequence generator once the team list is finalized.
1.4 When on the clock, each manager has 24 hours to make their selection. They will post their pick in the appropriate forum: MLB Draft or MiLB Draft. Should a manager fail to make a selection within the 24 hour window, administration will award the team the top ranked player available according to Yahoo O-Rank.
1.4.1 If the missed pick is in the MiLB draft, the pick will be skipped, and the next manager in line will be OTC. The skipped manager will be able to make their skipped pick at any time by posting in the traditional method.
1.5 Drafting an already owned player or ineligible player will require the manager to remake their pick, but will not reset the 24 hour clock. The first invalid selection will result in a warning. Subsequent failures will result in the offending manager's waiver priority being reduced by 1.
